FAQ
1. As the shipping process is unpredictable and force majeure,
inspection is very important and
guarantees both of us right.
2. If check the package is intact or not before sign on the
shipping list. Please contact us immediatly when
the package damage happened, and take photos of the goods
appearance and send them to us, we will
negotiate with the case and make a reply as soon as possible.
3. After the products arrive at the destination, Buyer may discover
that the quality, quantity, weight and/or
other product specifications do not conform to this Order. For any
issue related to products’ quality
(including product specifications other than the quantity or
weight), the Buyer must lodge a claim to the
Seller within 25 calendar days after the products arrive at the
destination port.
4. The Seller shall not withhold its consent to the Buyer’s choice
of the inspection institute without
reasonable grounds. For any issue related to the products’
quantity/weight, the Buyer must file a claim to
the Seller within 30 calendar days after the products arrive at the
destination port.
5. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, if any non-conformity
of the products with this Order is due to
the responsibility of the insurance company or shipping or
transportation company, the Buyer shall file a
claim to the insurance company, shipping or transportation company,
and the Seller shall not bear such
liability.
